On August 11, 2025, an episode of Raw, Iyo was scheduled to compete in a WWE Women’s Championship match against Naomi, but it was canceled as the champion was not medically cleared for the challenge.
Instead of the championship match, Iyo Sky faced Roxanne Perez in a singles match that night, which later became the spark for a dispute between Iyo and the Kabuki Warriors.
During the match, the Kabuki Warriors tried to assist Iyo but mistakenly allowed Roxanne to take advantage, rolling up Iyo for the pin.
After the match, Iyo and the Kabuki Warriors were seen backstage, where Asuka pushed Iyo and left the area in anger, fueling speculation about a possible heel turn in upcoming events.
Meanwhile, Kairi Sane appeared to follow Asuka rather than stay with Iyo, raising questions about whether the Kabuki Warriors still support Iyo.
While not yet confirmed, WWE might create a scenario where Kairi Sane has to choose between Asuka and Iyo, which could ultimately lead her to side with Asuka over Iyo.
Therefore, there is a chance that Kairi Sane might betray Iyo Sky at the upcoming PLE, most likely at Clash in Paris.
On the other hand, there is also speculation that Kairi Sane might not only betray Iyo Sky but also leave Asuka, leading to the end of the Kabuki Warriors and potentially setting up a Triple Threat match between Asuka, Kairi Sane, and Iyo Sky.
