On August 12, 2025, Monday Night Raw, WWE Officials announced that Naomi is medically unfit to defend her title against Iyo Sky, which led to speculations about her leaving WWE.
While it’s not the first time that speculation about Naomi leaving WWE has occurred in the media, last April, when she was on The Nikki & Brie Show, she hinted at the possibility of having kids soon, which ultimately led to the speculation.
Unverified rumors suggest Naomi may be pregnant, following comments from Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Radio that she could be sidelined for an extended period:

Following Naomi’s statement on the show and now her being suddenly medically ill has led to the new speculation that she might be pregnent at the moment.
On the show, Naiom possibly hinted that she wanted kids and will soon leave wrestling for her health. Regarding this, she stated;
I also have like I’ve had health issues um I only have one ovary really so that like even if I wanted to continue wrestling longer like my biological clock I can’t I have to so you would probably do like IVF and you’d have to go through a whole surrogate or something we got a lot to figure out so I definitely I won’t you know I I have to step away and um you know take care of my health takecare of myself and if we’re going to have kids I have to start that process like very soon.
While these things are not confirmed from any officials yet, there is a good possibility that Naomi is soon leaving WWE and is likely to be the mother shortly.
In addition to that, Naomi is currently holding the WWE Women’s World Title, which means if she is not coming back for a long time, she needs to vacate it.
On July 14, 2025, Naomi cashed in her Money in the Bank contract during the championship match between IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley to win the title.
At Clash in Paris 2025, Naomi is scheduled to defend her title against Stephanie Vanquler, which might not be possible if the current rumors turn out to be true.
If Naomi is out of the picture, WWE might instead announce a Fatal Four-Way match for the Women’s Title featuring Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, Stephanie Vanquler, and most likely Asuka.
So if this happens, we will have a fatal four-way match for both men’s and women’s championships in the upcoming WWE PLE Clash in Paris.
