LA Knight, “The Megastar,” is set to be part of a Fatal Four-way match for the WWE Championship in Clash in Paris, along with the champion Seth Rollins, CM Punk, and Jey Uso.
In 2025 Money in the Bank (MITB), LA nearly got the briefcase, but Seth Rollins received help from Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed in the ladder match, which prevented LA Knight (nicknamed “The Megastar”) from capturing the MITB briefcase.
Since 2025, MITB, LA, and Seth have not been on good terms, leading to a continued rivalry. This rivalry led them to face each other one-on-one on Monday Night Raw on July 12, which LA won.
However, the feud didn’t stop in the July 4 episode of Raw. Rollins defended his World Heavyweight Championship against LA Knight, but the match ended in disqualification due to CM Punk’s involvement.
Therefore, in the past few months, LA Knight has not been able to achieve big wins in WWE, potentially hinting at the possible heel turn on the upcoming PLE Clash in Paris.
At the moment, LA Knight only seems to be the babyface among the four opponents for WWE Championship, so there is a fan theory that not only will LA turn heel, but also join the Vision faction with Seth Rollins.
Clash in Paris will take place on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at the Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre, so we need to wait till the day to see whether LA turns heel or not.
In addition to The Megastar, there seem to be more WWE stars who are slowly heading towards the heel; the most potent one seems to be Asuke from Kabuki Warriors.
Along with Asuke, Bayley from the WWE Women’s division also seems to be out of the big match and has not won any title in the past few months.
Recently, she also released a video blaming herself for not having a title or a big win in the past few months, and not being proud of herself lately.
With this ongoing tension in WWE, there is a chance that 2025 might be the year of the heel turn. Just like her best friend Sasha Banks’ heel turn on injured Natalya back in 2019, Bayley might attack Becky for the IC title.

John Cena vs. Logan Paul, and Women’s World Championship – Naomi (c) vs. Stephanie Vaquer are other official matches for the Clash in Paris. At the same time, Naomi might not be able to compete with the current circumstances.
Apart from these, we might also get to see Becky defending her title against Nikki Bella, and Cody Rhodes vs. Drew McIntyre for the heavyweight championship.
