SmackDown (August 29, 2025) Match Card Before Clash in Paris
While the five matches for Clash in Paris are made official, we still have one more episode of SmackDown left before this PLE, which could add a new championship to the list.
As the WWE Raw General Manager has clearly mentioned, there will not be a Women’s Championship match for the vacant women’s title in Paris, creating curiosity about what SmackDown might have in store.
On SmackDown, we have Tiffany Stratton holding the Women’s World Championship, which could potentially be defended at Clash in Paris.
Additionally, Nia Jax is back on SmackDown and has started a feud with Tiffany, which suggests that Nia might be the one seeking the Tiffany title.
Meanwhile, the Tag Team Champions Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss are set to defend their title against The Secret HERvice on the upcoming SmackDown.

If the Secret Secret HERvice doesn’t achieve victory on the blue brand this week, The Judgment may seek the title opportunity with Alexa and Flair, as they appear to have unresolved issues from the past week.
Therefore, the Women’s World Title and the Women’s Tag Team Titles from the SmackDown side both seem to have strong potential to be featured at Clash in Paris.
On the other hand, we saw Randy Orton return on the last SmackDown, hitting RKO to Drew McIntyre, who was insulting Cody Rhodes and seeking his title.
As Cody is not seen on the match card of Clash in Paris, WWE might set the one-on-one match between the Viper and Drew McIntyre in the August PLE.
