SmackDown GM Nick Aldis Could Make a Major Announcement Ahead of Clash in Paris!

On last week’s SmackDown backstage segment, GM Nick Aldis mentioned Brock Lesnar to John Cena, but the conversation was interrupted by Logan Paul, who attacked Cena.

Before Nick could finish his statement, the episode ended with Cena unconscious, leaving a mystery about what Nick was possibly about to announce.

Following this, there is speculation that Nick Aldis could make a major announcement on this week’s WWE SmackDown, which will be the final Blue Brand show before Clash in Paris.

One of the major possibilities is the return of Brock Lesnar in the Paris event, which could impact Cena’s match with Logan.

On the other hand, there is speculation that Brock Lesnar could potentially miss the Clash in Paris and continue his feud with John Cena at the September PLE, Wrestlepalooza.

Additionally, other speculation suggests that the announcement Nick was about to make about Brock might be that “The Beast Incarnate” will have a promo segment on the upcoming SmackDown regarding his attack on Cena.

While Brock Lesnar’s plans remain a mystery ahead of the August 29 SmackDown, we do have a few exciting title matches lined up for the upcoming Blue Brand show.

Till the day, 5 matches have already been officially set for Clash in Paris, and with SmackDown having just one show left before the event, GM Nick Aldis might add another match to the existing lineup.

WWE Women’s Champion Trinity Stratton has held the title for over 200 days on the Blue Brand and is currently in a rising feud with the unstoppable force Nia Jax.

Therefore, the upcoming episode of SmackDown might continue this feud and potentially set up a new Women’s Championship match for Clash in Paris.

Moreover, with only three days remaining before Clash in Paris, the main event match has still not been announced. This has fueled speculation that a new match might be added to the existing lineup, which could potentially become the main event.
