Will the Former Divas Champion “Paige” Return in 2026 Royal Rumble?
A few months ago, former WWE Champion Paige shared about her wrestling career on the Grue Rume Show, where she revealed the possibility of returning to WWE.
She clearly mentioned that she has no plans to return to WWE at the moment (within 2025), but things might change after that.
During her time on the Grue Rume Show, she mentioned:
I do want to take 2025 as a time to find myself a little bit and kind of get my feet wet outside of wrestling, and it’s something I definitely want to do. I didn’t realize so many people would want to see me back in WWE. I’m very insecure about how I think people view me. I get in my head a little bit, and so the fact that, I mean, it’s just insane how many people are talking about me going back to WWE. I just want people to not get their hopes up. At least not this year. I don’t even know if there’s a place for me there right now, but I get that a lot.”
The former Divas Champion also made it clear that she has not been in contact with any WWE officials for a long time and asked fans not to expect her return.
As of now, it is clear that Paige will not be returning to WWE this year, but 2026 might be the time we could see the legend back in a WWE ring.

With WWE already releasing the Road to Royal Rumble 2026 schedule, questions are circulating about whether the former champion “Paige” could make her return among the 30 entrants in the women’s match.
While it’s not official that Paige will return for the 2026 Royal Rumble, if it does happen, it will be exciting to see the former champion in the ring after such a long time.
What is Paige Doing Now?
Paige officially left WWE in July 2022, when her contract expired and was not renewed by the WWE officials due to injury issues.
Following that, she returned to wrestling under the ring name Saraya and made her debut in AEW on September 21, 2022, at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.
After ending her career in AEW, Paige focused on her personal growth and also released a new book, Hell in Boots: Clawing My Way Through Nine Lives.
In addition to the books, Saraya has been active in the podcasting world. She hosts a podcast called “Rulebreakers With Saraya,” where she discusses various topics and shares insights into her life.
Currently, the former Divas Champion appears to be doing well in her personal life, exploring various creative ventures. While her fans are eager to see her back in the ring, she might fulfill that wish soon, but not in 2025.
